Financial Policy

 All consultations are scheduled with Dr. Abboud. The fee for each consultation is $100.00 plus HST paid at the time of the appointment.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards and Cash for consultations.  Payment Methods:
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that a credit-card surcharge of 3.5% will be added to payments made by credit card to recover merchant processing costs.  Debit is available with no surcharge.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled consultation we require two full business days notice.

After your consultation, Amy will provide a quote for the surgical options discussed with Dr. Abboud, answer any questions and schedule a date for your surgery.  The full payment for your surgery is due four weeks prior to your confirmed surgical date.  We accept E-Transfer, Debit cards, Cash and certified Bank Cheques.  Additionally we accept Visa and MasterCard.
