Dr. Jeffrey Abboud
Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Jeffrey Abboud is a certified Plastic Surgeon with the CPSO. He has been in practice since 1995. He began his career as an American board certified Plastic Surgeon in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Abboud operates in his own OHP level 2 facility at 770 Broadview Ave, Ottawa, Ontario.
Elizabeth Lavoie NP
Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth Lavoie is a Nurse Practitioner, registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She has almost 20 years of experience working in a variety of roles within the primary health care field: emergency room, rural medicine, international development, tropical medicine, SARS crisis management, and much more.

Amy | Assistant to Doctor Abboud
Amy brings several years of experience in medical office administration to our team, having graduated from the Medical Office Administration program at Algonquin College. She is also certified in Medical Device Reprocessing, further enhancing her understanding of clinical operations. As the first point of contact at APSC, Amy ensures each patient is welcomed with warmth and professionalism. She plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes. Carol | Abboud Plastic Surgery Centre Business Manager
With over twenty years of dedicated service at APSC, Carol oversees the clinic’s financial operations, including accounting, marketing, and social media management. Her extensive experience and attention to detail help ensure the business side of the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Outside of APSC, Carol pursues her passion for Pet and Equine Photography through her own successful business. Madison | Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Maddie is a skilled Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from Algonquin College in 2018. She currently practices at RIO in Ottawa and is certified in the administration of cosmetic injectables. Maddie holds additional qualifications from the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine and THMA, bringing both expertise and precision to her aesthetic practice. Her warm, approachable manner and commitment to patient care make her a valued member of our extended clinical team.

Jessica | Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Jessica graduated from the Practical Nursing program at the Centre for Nursing Studies in St. John’s, Newfoundland in 2016. She further specialized by completing the Operating Room for Registered Practical Nurses program through Algonquin College. Jessica brings valuable surgical experience to our team through her part-time work in the operating room at The Ottawa Hospital, Riverside Campus. Dedicated to advancing her career, she is currently pursuing her Registered Nurse (RN) designation. Jessica’s clinical knowledge, calm presence, and drive for continued learning make her a strong asset to our surgical care team.

Samantha | Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
Sam is a dedicated surgical nurse with over ten years of experience in both hospital and private clinic settings. She has worked extensively in the operating room as a scrub and circulating nurse, assisting in a wide range of procedures including facial plastics, body contouring, and general surgery. Sam also has a strong background in pre- and post-anesthetic care, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
In addition to her surgical work, Sam is a certified nurse injector with advanced training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She brings a deep understanding of facial anatomy and a strong aesthetic eye, honed through years of clinical experience and running her own cosmetic practice. Her calm, confident presence and patient-centered approach contribute to safe, seamless care from consultation to recovery.

Monica | Registered Nurse (RN)
Monica is a Registered Nurse, registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Her professional journey encompasses diverse experiences in the hospital settings including general surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and endoscopy. Monica has been assisting Dr. Abboud in his operating room for several years, gaining valuable insights into surgical procedures and facial anatomy. She has spent an additional three years providing cosmetic services heavily focused on skin care, injectables, and regenerative, collagen stimulating treatments.
Monica prides herself on her unique clinical expertise and specialization in cosmetic services, approaching beauty with a holistic perspective that considers both the medical and aesthetic aspects of each client's needs.
